Large Tube Forming Machine

One of the main national groups with a strong international projection, present in more than 15 countries, recognized VLB’s technical capacity for the development and supply of large-sized tube forming systems.

The EF155X end-forming machines are capable to reduce pipe diameters up to 155mm and with a deformation length of up to 600mm! These machines are designed to be combined with automatic loading and unloading systems for long pipes.

VLB supplied four tube forming machines, which have reinforced the installed capacity in several companies in the group. The group is the largest national producer of public lighting systems and other infrastructures. These infrastructures are related to sectors such as energy transport, telecommunications, road, and railways.
